Dr. E. Fayzullaeva has over 20 years of comprehensive knowledge and experience in the development arena. She has a significant expertise in evaluation, research and policy analysis of international and national programs, gender analysis of diverse sectors of economy, inclusive of finance, energy, water supply, agriculture and rural development banking, education, healthcare, housing, mass media.
She has over 20 year on-hand experience of management and consultancy for international development agencies (UN, USAID, international financial institutions, embassies), designing, reviewing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating national and multi-country development projects with cross-cutting objectives, focused on human rights (inclusive of women’s and child’s rights), gender equality and reduction of inequality.
A considerable list of publications in international and national editions, the latest of which (2018) includes “Uzbekistan Country Gender Assessment Update” (funded by ADB).
