The head of the “CERT Academy” program for training CIS business leaders in Europe and South-East Asia. Member of the editorial board of MANAGEMENT professional magazine for the CIS. The author of more than ten articles. The founder and the head of four branches of CERT Academy in the CIS countries.

Jan Enthoven, Senior Expert – Horticulture
After graduating BSc in Horticulture and Management he became an entrepreneur by setting up his own greenhouse nursery for production of vegetables and later flowers. In addition, he is active as a technical specialist and international crop consultant.
As a consultant he advises companies on how to start-up and improve high tech greenhouse businesses. In addition, he has broad experience in:
• Organizing business visit tours to the Dutch horticulture;
• Providing training and education programs for greenhouse management;
• Complete project development and consultancy.
In the Netherlands he works for companies as World Horti Center, a leading innovation center in horticulture. And he has been active in several international projects in Colombia, Jordan, Middle East, India and others.

Kees Koeleman is a Team Coordinator for International Advisory, EBRD. He grew up in the family business, processing fruit and vegetables, specializing in pickled vegetables. Currently he is non-executive chairman of Koeleman India Pvt. Ltd, an export orientated vegetable pickling company, operating from Netherlands and India. He has a long-standing experience in processing, contract farming and captive farming in Europe and Asia. Currently he coordinates international advisory projects for EBRD in Agribusiness sector and provides consultancy services to other organizations in this sector.

Regularly conducts IRCA courses in Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, Egypt, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and the CIS countries. The founder of the Club “Managers for Quality” (2005). Author of 10 textbooks and more than 60 articles. Founder of 17 companies and branches in the CIS and Europe.
