Brian Kiger provides strategic leadership and guidance to teams working towards shared goals and objectives in challenging working environments using evidence-based learning approaches and real-time performance management tools. He has a wide range of experience, from volunteering on, to leading, projects and organizations with multi-million dollar operational budgets in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He leads teams to identify motivations, incentives and demands that pull investments to drive social change among different population segments and markets, typically through enabling the pursuit of interests and profits. Currently, Brian Kiger is the Head Representative for DAI in Uzbekistan working on a USAID-funded value chain project to improve stakeholders’ abilities to grow, harvest, sort, pack, store, and market select horticultural crops.
